Diapers II, this is unbelievable, technology harms your baby

Recently I wrote a post on diapers, and how diapers pose a health risk to little babies. Store-bought diapers are full of toxic chemicals and at the same time, polluting our environment because the plastic in diapers does not disintegrate. You might like to read that post, click here.

More information on radiation

I really thought the radiation they expose us to was already terrible, but I could not (at that time) imagine that I would write a new post on diapers so soon after my initial report. I find the following additional information very disturbing and wonder why humans do these things. These actions show we are not right in our mind.

Having written various posts on radiation for both my websites, I am very wary of any new technology which incorporates the hazard of radiation emissions. I have written and presented information that baby monitors using 5G technology are a health hazard to your child.

The monitors produce an electromagnetic frequency (EMF) that easily passes through the still-developing skull and has a detrimental effect on the young developing brain. It might seem so practical to know 24 hours a day if your baby is OK, but the gadget which facilitates this information emits radiation which will harm your baby. Additionally, this amount of radiation so close to the baby will interfere with their normal sleep pattern.

Smart Diapers?

Have you heard about smart diapers? This really sounds ridiculous. It is a method of notifying the parent (s) that the baby needs changing. What happened to holding your child often? Isn’t it better to have contact with your young ones than leave them to the cyborgs of the future?

They launched this novelty in Korea last year in October, and plans are for it to be sold in the U.S. this summer. Do we really need this? I am sure we do not. It is dangerous, and I really think one should boycott these companies immediately.

It seems there is a race going on to see who will get the biggest slice of the cake. Huggies is in the lead at this moment. Imagine, they have developed a Bluetooth sensor which will text you when your baby needs a change.

The “smart diaper” exposes your baby to more wireless radiation, 24 hours a day, for as long as your baby needs diapers. Good Lord, what are we doing to our babies? First, we poison babies with chemicals and now we radiate them. This is unbelievable.

Companies and their dangerous inventions

I hope you are not under the impression that these companies will warn you of the danger of wireless technology because they won’t. A lot of companies are frantically creating their own version of smart diapers. Pampers, Pixie Scientific, Google’s parent company Alphabet, they are all making their own version of this new type of diaper.

There are also some Chinese companies like Hunan, Cosom, and Opro9 who are doing their best to stay in the race.

Humanity has gone bonkers. I heard that technology will not stop at anything, that everything has to be converted into “smart”, like soap and toilet paper dispensers? Bizarre!

Simple technology

The setup of this technology is rather simple, and it exists already for adult diapers. No wonder that now diapers for babies are being changed. You put a removable Bluetooth chip on the outside of the diaper. It connects this sensor to an app on your smartphone. You will get quite a lot of information like temperature, air quality, and most importantly, does baby need a change?

Organic Diapers for your baby

Now do not think this gadget is very cheap because it costs around $250. It is not the price which should put you off, but the constant radiation your baby will be suffering. How about doing it the traditional way, check regularly if your baby needs a change? This is not too difficult, right?

Perhaps the fathers will need some practicing, as you can see in the video below. Having this gadget does not spare you to manually change a diaper. Perhaps there will be house robots who will do that job in the future, but I hope not. Babies need human contact.

This is a funny YouTube video. A poor father changing a dirty diaper.

Protect your baby from chemicals and radiation

Chemicals and radiation, all this has no place in your baby’s life. Babies are growing and developing on all levels and should be protected instead of exposed to these dangers. There is a study of baby brains at the age of 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and also 36 months of age.

In this study, it was documented that the younger the child is, the more it would absorb electromagnetic radiation. What are these companies thinking? The nervous systems of babies as well as their brains are very susceptible to these dangers. Really think before you buy such a sensor.

A great supplement for a stressed mother

We live a stressful life, always on the run. Our food is often not the right type of food. We need something to help our immune system. We need to be protected from free radicals. With all the problems we have, we might feel down. Organixx has a variety of helpful products.

This product helps you with the above-mentioned issues.

The responsibility of a pregnant woman

As a mother, pregnant, and ready to bring another life into the world, you bear a big responsibility straight from the beginning. I think most people know that drinking and smoking can harm the fetus, but have you thought about the dangers of radiation?

An After Thought

Parents want the best for their children, I do not doubt that. But in these modern times, where so many things have to become automatized, is it really necessary to remove yourself from your baby’s care? The food your baby eats, the environment it grows up in and the good care it will receive will, hopefully, help this baby grow up a healthy adult.

Just because it seems more convenient to be alerted that your baby needs a change of diapers, does that outweigh the danger? I do not think so and hope you agree. Personally, I would be happy if parents would put a stop on this crazy technological invention and say, not with my child.

I have made a special page for you. You will find interesting things there. Please have a look at Recommendations.

Hey Taetske
Excellent, thought provoking, article. As a father of two young kids, I couldn’t agree more with how stupidly mankind is embracing the new smart mantra. My 17month old is still on diapers and honestly as involved parents, we would like to think we know when our baby needs a change. We need to reduce our dependence on technology otherwise our race will gradually stop evolving.
Even more than the risks of emerging technology though, I am honestly scared on the addiction of the new generation to technology. Most kids I meet these days are just glued to screens with no time for the real world!

“Modern” is not always good. Often the old and traditional ways are safer and better. I honestly think we are advancing in the wrong direction. The world we live in becomes too artificial for my taste. I reduce gadgets to the absolute minimum. I started with a computer in 2013 as I belong to the handwritten letter generation. Having 2 websites makes me investigate more and I must say I do not always like what I discover.

What kind of world do we live in that has SMART DIAPERS ??? Like seriously! It’s just sad and convinces me that my opinion that new age parents are incredibly lazy and are more concerned about themselves than the welfare of their child.

If people need these to know that their child needs changing they aren’t paying enough attention to their baby, and probably shouldn’t be a parent in the first place.

While I understand the need for some smart technology, not everything needs to be a smart device or product. AND I definitely understand the harmful effects of radiation and chemicals for the baby, it could be one of the reasons that there are more kids with health issues in general…

At some point in time I do think everything will be smart or contain AI… at that point I think the world will be lost… but that’s just my opinion.

    Good Morning Josh,

All this smart technology will turn out to be a burden on our health. I find it incredible that people accept their babies to being poisoned and harmed. It seems our brains do not function in a normal way anymore.

Look at the food we are eating, it is completely unnatural and causes health problems, The air we breathe is polluted and the same for the water we drink. How come we are accepting these things and did not protest ages ago? We are going in the wrong direction as we have disconnected from nature, the situation is very sad.

Wow! How informative, if it weren’t for people like you we would never know anything. I had no idea that diapers could be so harmful. And that they were developing diapers that would check if a baby had pooped for the parents? That freaks me out. How do you think this is going to effect parenting and families in the future?

As to your question how about a robot who comes to change diapers? Humans will be capable to invent something like that. Personally, I hope it will not happen as babies, the same as we all, need human contact.

There are too many bad and dangerous products on the market and I think it is high time to say stop. Just recently I came across the possibility to make a change. Please have a look at the green widget under my photo. This innovative idea of helping the planet and people resonates with me.

Hi there, Taetske!

Really appreciated your new information about those baby monitors using 5G technology is a health hazard to your child.

I never dreamed they could interfere with my babies sleep patterns and also radiates radiation waves that can penetrate through the babies skull.

I’m amazed this product even got passed for consumer use!

I guess the mighty dollar has won over again against common sense.

Thanks for this very important information.

    Good Morning Jeff,

I have been writing for my 2 websites for 2 and a half years. Because of that, I have come across things I otherwise would have no idea about. My total world view has changed considerably and I can see clearly we are going in the wrong direction. Food, water, air, it has all deteriorated over the past 50 years and we let it happen.

That is why I am happy to have discovered a means where we, as a collective, can make a change. Please have a look at the green widget under my photo. help the planet and people.

Hello Taetske,

It’s too bad, YouTube has removed a video that I was keen on watching!

I really didn’t know baby diapers were unsafe. 60 chemicals!!!

I tend to be technologically savvy and very interested in new technologies. But I agree with you, these smart diapers are just a bad technology.

I very much liked the groove mobile, but Amazon was charging me huge shipping fees to Canada 🙁

So you’re recommending organic diapers, basically? I’m going to consider it, weighing the pros and cons…

This post is quite recent so it is annoying that suddenly a YouTube disappears, thanks for the warning and I have put it back.

All these “clever” inventions are taking us in the wrong direction I am afraid. Even if we would protest our voice would not be heard. That is why I am happy to have come across a method how this can be changed. We should be united. Have a look please at the green widget under my photo, you might like the idea.

This completely blindsided me. I totally understand the issues concerning 5G, which considering the outrage as far as its widespread use, makes it unbelievable that it would be used in such close proximity to a baby. So much of their tiny bodies are vulnerable as they are undeveloped. I’m assuming that this is all part of the ‘Internet of Things’ I’m going to sound really cynical and over simplistic but I think it’s down to money. It always seems to come back to that. The next bestseller. Bigger profit margins. The other thing that concerns me is, will parents become more reliant on ‘remote’ care rather than being more vigilant.

Jul 06.2019 | 07:20 pm

    Taetske

    Good Morning Twack,

Thank you for your comment. Nice to see you again.

All these inventions are dehumanizing us. I do not like the direction all this is taking us. We are destroying the environment which is our habitat and that of future generations. Will there be future generations? It is said that the new generation, the one which grows up with the smartphone stuck to their brain has a lower life expectancy than the previous one.

We really should put a stop to this. We should not accept it anymore that dangerous products come on the market and neither that those big companies do what they want. Have a look at the green widget under my photo, you might like the concept of, united our voice will be heard.

Wow Taetske, I had never even heard of smart diapers. It is so sad that many people don’t even think twice about using technology for every need. This is fascination and utter reliance on technology has been going on for several generations however. When my Dad was a kid they used rods of radium instead of a scalpel for surgery. That early exposure to radium in his throat to remove adenoids (for ear infections) likely caused the rare form of leukemia that ended up taking his life. Back then in the 1940’s it was considered the great, new treatment. Dad remembered the doctor and nurses wearing lead aprons and running out of room while he was treated however…so they knew it posed some risk.

I think, just like that gross misuse of new technology (though very different), this new wave of radiation exposure from 5G and other modern electronics is harmful as well. Perhaps in the future people will look back on this era with the same horror that we do today on kids having radioactive radium put in their heads.

I agree with you that there is no need at all for a device to tell you when your baby needs to be changed. It might seem like a convenience but the risk is not worth it and babies are much better off being held and checked on anyway.

Thank you for shedding light on these dangerous new trends.

    Good afternoon Jessica,

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. I hope you downloaded your free PDF? Tulip widget.

One gets the impression that people are being brainwashed, everything has to be technology. As if humans are not capable to do anything themselves anymore. It seems that 5G will be the last drop. We will get dumber which will get to a point where we cannot reason anymore, we will be under total control and not even realizing it.

My Mother had cancer in 1973. In the hospital she got radiation, I am happy she did not also get chemo. The staff came in dressed like NASA personal, a cigar like device was in a lead box. That was put inside her and everybody left the room while she got burned. She survived and on coming home she changed the way she was eating. She died in 1997.

There is no need for all these modern gadgets. Especially when the harm can be so big. Companies will not warn you about the health risk so one needs to be as informed as possible.

Jake

Hi, this is my first time hearing about smart diapers, and I appreciate you speaking your mind on this topic.

I had no idea that it was exposing them to radiation. I am not sure if the amount is safe or not, but I think it is good to find out, so thank you for doing that,

In my respectful opinion, if the big name companies like Pampers are investing in it, then they will be doing everything in their power to ensure they do not harm people enough to get lawsuit filed against them.

I think anybody making this technology has the responsibility to be accountable for whatever the product is, and the effects that it has on peoples lives’.

I would like to think that the big name companies have this stuff figured out, but maybe I am wrong.

Nice work here.

    Good Morning Jake,

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. I hope you downloaded your free PDF? Tulip widget.

I agree with you that anybody making this technology has the responsibility to make it safe. I do not believe that big companies have our wellbeing in mind. Having 2 websites I have investigated quite a bit and when you put all the pieces together it looks sad and disgusting. My world view has changed considerably over the last years.

Take as an example the Tobacco industry. Up to 600 additives are known and people had no idea it made them tobacco addicts. Those companies knew from the beginning that smoking is bad for your health but that did not stop them from selling cigarettes to the people.

How about Monsanto and their awful creation Roundup? It has been on the market since the 1970s, it is bad for your health and the environment but that did not stop Monsanto from making it and neither that Roundup is now used worldwide. I am happy Monsanto has lost the first court cases and there are thousands of court cases in line. People are hearing about it and look for healthier alternatives.

Before I wrote the post about Smart Diapers I had written a post on the 60 chemicals in diapers. The whole setup of our world is wrong. With aggressive brainwashing commercials, we are made to believe things are good for us. Big companies focus on money, not our health.

Just because a big company says it is good for you, a nice example is fast food, it is not a guarantee. We have to think and investigate so as to be well informed before making a decision.

What, this is truly sickening. I cannot believe that people actually do this to their own kids. How will people really think that they can just take in some new type of technology and bring it close to their own kids? I feel that parents want the best for their kids but they should be very careful not to harm them.

I feel like technology is going to make many people more lazily and we would be spending more time away from one another. Great work.

    Good Morning Henderson,

Nice to see you again. Thank you for your comment.

Modern life might look nice and comfortable at first glance but there are hidden dangers people should be aware of. I find it incredible that one wants to put a gadget on a baby and radiate it 24/7. There is a similar problem with those baby monitors which send out radiation.

All these modern inventions seem to have side effects attached. In my life, I reduce these gadgets to the minimum.

Technology is taking a huge step to making things better for us all, that is a fact no one is disputing, but such inventions should be stopped. Making something that can be harmful to humans is really a bad idea and worse of all babies.

I am very much concerned about this because these kids can’t really speak up to say when something is wrong with them, and if they are exposed to such dangers, it’s not good at all because parents may find it hard to notice that such a diaper is the cause of this problem. Thanks for the information.

As a mother, I know how stressful it is having to check on your baby’s diaper to see if its messed up or due for a change and some times I secretly wish for something that can make the process easier, but this smart diaper isn’t what I want to adopt at all after seeing such information about it.

Any form of invention that posses harm to the health should be quickly scrapped out totally and parents take time to learn about these things before going ahead to get it.

Wow, I totally agree that the diaper is really taking us farther away from us than bringing us together. It is really funny but it is also making us lazy as well. This will make mothers spend even less time with the baby and also make them not check on their babies as regularly as they should. That’s not good enough.

This is a very good post to inform people about this very bad technology. I will share this with others and I hope more people see the negatives of this. Nice one here.

    Good Morning John,

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment.

It is very sad that a lot of modern inventions bring us apart as human beings. Often we are more friends with machines than with other people. It makes me really worried to observe the direction we have taken.

This smart diaper issue even takes it a step further. Not only would the baby have less contact with its parents but on top of it, it is harmful.

Andy

I would actually like to build a house entirely from natural materials, and that has no electricity at all. I know that may not be entirely practical, but I do like the idea of building a hut in the woods on land that I don’t yet own that has no electricity and is far from any electric cables and where there is no cellphone coverage.

I agree with you this is utterly bonkers. we already live in a soup of electromagnetic radiation that mankind has only been exposed to since about the beginning of the 20th century when most cities were electrified. We really have no idea what the long-term effects are. We know that exposure to strong electromagnetic fields has dreadful effects on livestock.

Some of the best experiences we can have in modern times are when the power goes out in the whole district. It’s as if everything suddenly goes quiet and peaceful. And yes, the dangers of electromagnetic radiation on young and growing physiologies should not be underestimated. Smart diapers have to be about the stupidest idea I have heard in a long time. Btw – I haven’t laughed that loud at a video since I can remember.

Best regards, Andy

    Good Morning Andy,

Thank you for your comment on my website. I hope you downloaded your free PDF? Tulip widget.

There are excellent alternatives for building your house the traditional way. One can use plastic bottles. A house build like that lasts well up to 300 years and is extreme weight resistant and super isolates for cold and hot. It also saves the environment from pollution. Then there is hemp. You can nearly make anything from this fast-growing plant. From clothes to construction blocks.

Nowadays it is difficult to escape all this radiation so one should do all that is possible to protect your loved ones and your house. There are many products on the market, but they are not cheap. Put a Himalayan salt lamp in the room where you work on the computer. No gadgets in the bedroom and unplug everything when you go to sleep. These are the first small steps you can take. I am happy that the closest cell tower is 1 km away and my house is surrounded by many trees.

I am sending you the link to an excellent website where you will find an extensive list on the effects of radiation.
